Friends of St. James' - Family Bike Ride

On Sunday, I went on a bike ride. It felt so good to just get out and move. There was a bit of problems, but it was good fun all the same, especially the ramps. I didn’t even have to pedal. I could just stick my feet  out and let my bike race down the hill. Then when we get to the donkey sanctuary, you get to pet the donkeys  and much more. Then you cycle home.  The bike ride starts at 1.15pm with Vince at the big Sainsbury’s.

Friends of St. James' - Eid and Diwali Party

​The Eid/Diwali party was well received and enjoyed by both parents and children. We managed to raise £125. We are hoping to put this towards playground equipment for KS1. We will also buy every child a water bottle to bring with them to school. This will reinforce the importance of drinking water. If you have any more ideas please come and see us on friday mornings in the hall.
We would like to say 'Thankyou' to all the parents who helped by bringing in food and parents who helped at the stalls.
