The General Data Protection Regulations, May 2018 require organisations to have a designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) that can liaise with the Information Commissioner’s Office.St James' has an independent Data Protection Officer. This role is currently held by Shabana Esa, the Head of School at St Philip's C of E Primary School, the other school in our Federation. She is supported and advised in her role by Bexley Beaumont.
