Reading at home
Please ensure you are reading for at least 15 minutes a day. Make sure your Collins ebook is being read with an adult at least 5 times a week. Also, every time your reading record is signed, you will receive a raffle ticket with the chance to receive a book related prize every half term. Happy reading!

TIn English we will be looking at the text Leaf, by Sandra Dieckman. Pupils will focus on setting and character description. They will endeavor to use interesting adjectives, developing their vocabulary. We will also study the text The Tiny Seed, by Eric Carle . This book links to our current science topic, Plants. Pupils will use their knowledge from their science lessons and their prior unit on instruction writing, to write a set of instructions inspired by the book. In Maths we will be looking at: -mass and volume -addition and subtraction within 20 -place value (to 50) |
